We strive to make a sustainable impact on all of the Group’s key stakeholders, including society, customers, shareholders, and employees.
“Okinawa” is the most powerful differentiator of the Orion Group’s products and services. Therefore, earning the trust of local communities, particularly in Okinawa, is a top priority. In addressing both local challenges specific to Okinawa and global issues such as climate change and human rights, we assess how these matters impact the Group and anticipate shifts in community needs, responding proactively. Our commitment to cultivating trust is reinforced through the promotion of sustainability management, guided by policies and strategies that reflect this approach.
Moreover, by endorsing the Corporate Governance Code, we are enhancing our engagement with stakeholders. To ensure that the Orion Group remains a sound enterprise, we are also implementing initiatives such as regular evaluations of the effectiveness of our Board of Directors and Board of Corporate Auditors, accompanied by continuous improvement efforts.
